    Codgal to my will Be it known that James Gardner my son being married to Jannet Blair and not behaving himself in a proper way have not left him any cash in my will and Testment but after meture deliberation I hereby leave his proportion of any cash that may be left at both of our decease namly Robert Gardner & Matthew Gardner both sons of James Gardner to be equally divided betweset the two them not to get the Cash till they arrive at twenty one years of age of course at my wifes death & myself are both dead then the tw namely Robert and Matthew Gardner will get Interest of their proportion of money till they be twenty one years of age then to be divided betwenst the two.  Robt Rodger and Joseph Blair to to see that the above is duly done according to my will (signed) Robert Gardner.
