I Robert Gardner herein make my will and Testament and should I depert [sic] this life before Mrs. Gardner She to have all the goods Chattle and Interest arising from the money that may be left at my decease and at both of our deaths then the money that may be lef [sic] by us to be devided amongst the following namly [sic] Ann Gardner or Blair Bella Gardner or Murray Jannet Gardner or Rodger money to be equally devided [sic] amongst the above named Daughters of mine also the furniture cloths etc. to be divided equally betweset Ann Bella & Jannet Gardner she alone to have the Proceeds of all my moveable Property subject to any alteration that I may think proper to make. I also appoint Mr. Alexander Murray Senr Lanark Robert Little Greenock and James Martin Greenock to see that my will is duly attended to. Codgal to my will Be it known that James Gardner my son being married to Jannet Blair and not behaving himself in a proper way have not left him any cash in my will and Testment but after meture deliberation I hereby leave his proportion of any cash that may be left at both of our decease namly Robert Gardner & Matthew Gardner both sons of James Gardner to be equally divided betweset the two them not to get the Cash till they arrive at twenty one years of age of course at my wifes death & myself are both dead then the tw namely Robert and Matthew Gardner will get Interest of their proportion of money till they be twenty one years of age then to be divided betwenst the two. Robt Rodger and Joseph Blair to to see that the above is duly done according to my will (signed) Robert Gardner.
