Mr.and Mrs. Burton Kenneth Carr, Jr., are being congratulated on the birth of a son, Burton, 3rd, September 17 at Swedish Hospital.  Mrs. Carr was formerly Shirley Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Elton Brown.  Mr. and Mrs. Burton Kenneth Carr are the paternal grandparents.
